September is here, which means it's that time of year where we experience winter at 5 am, spring starts at 10 am, summer arrives around 2 pm, and fall scoots in around 5 to finish the day. We're not always sure how to best dress for the weather, but we're certain that it's time for crock-pots! From tailgating parties on the weekend to full family dinners throughout the week, this classic kitchen appliance is a secret weapon, churning out fantastic meals with little input. Here are a few of our favorite recipes for the crock-pot. Some of them may be prepared low and slow in the oven but you can always enlist a crock-pot to make the most of a "set it and forget it" method. Enjoy!
