We are excited to now offer Soppressata, an Italian dry cured pork salami. Made by our butcher Nello Loiacono, Soppresata uses a courser grind than traditional salami, often mixed with parts of the ham, shoulder and loin. Our authentic Soppressatas are salted, air dried and hung for several months to mature.
