We are excited to now offer Soppressata, an Italian dry cured pork salami. Made by our butcher Nello Loiacono, Soppresata uses a courser grind than traditional salami, often mixed with red pepper flakes. Like salami, Soppressata is salted, air dried and hung for several weeks, during which time it looses nearly 30% of its weight.

Hot Soppresata (Salame Napoli) is available in .5 lbs packs.

Mild Soppresata (Salame Casareccio) is available in .2 lbs packs.
