Those who subscribe (limited spots, so snag yours ASAP) will receive 17 1/2 lbs of our Grass-fed Beef, Pasture Raised Chicken and Heritage Pork delivered conveniently to your doorstep monthly for 6 months. 

More specifically, the box includes:

  • 7 lbs Grass fed beef
    • 4 lbs ground beef
    • 1 1/2 lbs premium steaks (Filet, NY Strip, Skirt, Hanger, Ribeye)
    • 1 1/2 lbs standard steaks (Flat iron, Denver, Sirloin, Flap, Sierra, Tri-tip)
  • 5 lbs Pasture raised chicken
    • 1 1/2 lbs skinless boneless
    • 1 1/2 lbs thin sliced cutlets 
    • 2 lbs leg quarters, wings or thighs

GROUND BEEF

Ground Beef Bulgogi

You’ll Need:

  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated on a microplane
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 pounds grass-fed ground beef 
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos see notes
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce see notes
  • 4 cups cauliflower rice
  • 6 cups greens of choice (chopped romaine, arugula, spinach)

STEAK

Balsamic Steak Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Corn

You’ll Need:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak* 
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

CHICKEN

Mediterranean Grilled Chicken with Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce

You’ll Need:

Sauce

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh dill, stems removed
  • 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
  • Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
  • Salt, if needed

Chicken

  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground green cardamom
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium size red onion, sliced
  • Juice of 1–2 lemon

Hawaiian Chicken with Coconut Rice 

You’ll Need:

Chicken

  • ~1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins 7-8 pieces
  • 1/2 fresh ripe pineapple
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 5-6 cloves fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp honey

Coconut Rice

  • 1 cup basmati or jasmine rice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

Potato Breakfast Skillet with Sausage

You’ll Need:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, red and/or white skinned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper – add to taste
  • Fresh thyme, fresh rosemary; destemmed
  • 10-14 ounces sausage 
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 10-12 white mushrooms
  • ½ large onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • A few dashes of Worcestershire
  • Eggs

You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 pound fresh hot or sweet Italian sausages

PORK CHOPS

Juicy Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Citrus Dressing

You’ll Need:

  • 4 ½-inch-thick bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds), patted dry with paper towels
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, divided
  • 2 tablespoons plus ¼ cup olive oil
